I am a licensed clinical social worker and empowerment coach with many years of experience in individual, group therapy and various speaking engagements. My mission in life is to see girls/women become the best version of themselves. I specialize in trauma related issues that result in low self esteem, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideations, life transitions, identity crisis, etc. I do this with much grace and enthusiasm.
